PARKING

Convenient, affordable parking is available for tenants and visitors in the EDGE District Garage, located at 4605 Farnam Street. Managed by the City of Omaha’s Park Omaha program, the garage offers both short-term and monthly parking options designed to support the daily needs of innovators, employees, partners, and guests at EDGE.

The new CORE (Center of Research Excellence) facility is poised to be a pivotal cornerstone in propelling innovative health sciences research forward. 


This mixed-use facility will support wet and dry lab-based research in critical areas (microbiology, physiology, pathology, genetics, life sciences, light chemistry) as well as computer-based research. 


The shelled research floors are designed to provide essential lab and office environments, promoting collaboration among startup founders, industry leaders, scientists, and inventors at the EDGE District campus, all working towards a shared vision. 


Furthermore, the CORE facility will house incubator lab space tailored for bioscience startups in discovery and development phases.
